These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ibaje platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By accessing ibaje, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ibaje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the ibaje platform. ibaje reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
18+ Age Requirement
ibaje is strictly an adults-only platform. Players must be at least 18 years of age to register. Age verification is conducted at sign-up and may be repeated at the point of withdrawal. Accounts belonging to underage players will be permanently closed.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ibaje account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different name — is a violation of these terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
BDT Currency
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts on ibaje are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Amounts displayed in any other currency are for informational reference only and do not override BDT as the operative currency.
Acceptance of Terms
The basis of the legal relationship between you and ibaje.
By accessing the ibaje website at ibaje.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the ibaje platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of the ibaje platform without exception.
ibaje may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. When changes are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility as a player to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of ibaje following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Language: These terms are written and published in English. In the event of any dispute concerning interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall be the definitive reference. No translation of any ibaje communication into any other language shall override or supersede the English original.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Who may create an ibaje account and use the platform.
To register and use an ibaje account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. ibaje is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering or using any service offered by ibaje under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity). Corporate accounts are not permitted on the ibaje platform.
- You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are in any way legally restricted from entering contracts or engaging in online gambling, you must not register an account.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a current self-exclusion in effect on any ibaje account. Opening a new account to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious violation of these terms.
- You must be registering on your own behalf. Creating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is prohibited.
Age Verification: ibaje conducts age and identity verification at registration and reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a national identity card, passport, or driving licence — at any point. Until verification is complete, ibaje may restrict withdrawal functionality on the account. Accounts where age verification fails will be permanently closed and any balance held will be handled in accordance with ibaje's fraud and underage gambling policy.
Restricted Jurisdictions
Certain jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing ibaje is lawful in your location before registering. ibaje makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions.
ibaje is designed for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.
ibaje reserves the right to block registrations or close accounts from jurisdictions where providing gambling services is not permitted, without notice and without liability to the affected player.
Account Registration & Security
Your obligations when creating and maintaining your ibaje account.
Each player may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be merged or closed at ibaje's discretion, and any bonuses or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account exists in your name, you must notify ibaje support at [email protected] immediately.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure without payout of any balance.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ibaje login credentials. ibaje strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. ibaje will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify ibaje immediately and change your password without delay.
KYC (Know Your Customer): ibaje operates a KYC verification process that may be triggered at registration, before large withdrawals, or at any point where ibaje deems verification necessary for compliance or security purposes. Documents that may be requested include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot confirming your bKash or Nagad wallet is registered in your name). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent suspension of withdrawal access.
Contact Details: You must keep your registered contact information current. ibaje communicates important account, bonus, and security notifications via the contact details on file. ibaje accepts no liability for missed communications arising from outdated contact information provided by the player.
One Account Only
Each individual player is entitled to one ibaje account. Multiple accounts are a breach of these terms and will result in closure and balance forfeiture.
Accurate Information
All registration details must be truthful and accurate. ibaje reserves the right to close any account where false information is discovered at any time.
Password Security
Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your ibaje account. Report any suspected breach to [email protected] at once.
KYC Compliance
Identity and payment method verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. Cooperating with KYC requests promptly ensures uninterrupted access to your funds.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your ibaje account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by ibaje's payments team. ibaje targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for withdrawals to mobile wallet services. Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a threshold set by ibaje's risk team. ibaje reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal Method Matching: ibaje applies a withdrawal method matching policy — meaning that winnings must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with financial services compliance requirements. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, ibaje's support team will advise on the available alternatives.
Currency: All transactions on ibaje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ibaje does not hold accounts in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from international card use are the player's sole responsibility.
Transaction Errors: If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your account or a withdrawal has not been received within the expected timeframe, you must contact ibaje support at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date. ibaje will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Claims submitted more than 30 days after the transaction date may not be actionable.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings credited to your ibaje account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the terms of each specific promotion. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the total bonus amount 30 times before any portion becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. A player who has previously held an ibaje account under any name, email address, or payment method is not eligible for a new player welcome bonus. ibaje reserves the right to reclaim any bonus awarded to a player who is found to have previously held an account.
Bonus Abuse: ibaje takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using betting patterns specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers, and making low-risk matched bets or arbitrage plays using bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is detected, ibaje reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit any associated winnings, and close the account without further notice.
Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the player's account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Withdrawal of Deposit Before Wagering Completion: If you withdraw your cash balance before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, ibaje reserves the right to remove the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings from your account before processing the withdrawal.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The rules that govern how bets are placed, settled, and disputed on the ibaje platform.
General Betting Rules: All bets placed on ibaje are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or casino game, as published in the ibaje platform's rules section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game or market rules. ibaje's decisions on the settlement of bets are final once a result has been confirmed by the relevant official governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on ibaje. These limits are displayed within the platform at the point of bet placement. ibaje reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including applying individual player limits where ibaje's risk management processes identify a pattern of play that warrants restriction.
Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, the event not being completed within the timeframe specified in the market rules, obvious pricing or system errors at the time of bet placement, or where ibaje has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed with knowledge of a corrupted or fixed outcome. Void bets are refunded at the original stake amount.
Casino Game Integrity: All casino games available on ibaje — including those provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. ibaje does not modify game outcomes. All games are provided via licensed game studios and are subject to those studios' own certification and audit processes.
Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or in-play betting session, ibaje's system will record the state of play at the point of disconnection. For casino games, the game round outcome will be determined by the game engine and the result will stand. For sports bets already confirmed, the bet remains open and will be settled normally. ibaje accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's side.
Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, ibaje reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. ibaje is not liable for any disruption to service caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server maintenance, or third-party provider issues.
Prohibited Conduct
Actions that are strictly forbidden on the ibaje platform and that will result in account suspension or permanent closure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ibaje platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with all associated balances — including deposits, winnings, and bonuses — subject to review and potential forfeiture.
- Fraud and Money Laundering: Using ibaje for any fraudulent purpose, or to launder proceeds of criminal activity, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, AI-assisted play tools, or any other automated means to interact with the ibaje platform is forbidden.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or betting market is a serious violation of these terms.
- Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets using knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome, or on any event in which you have a direct involvement or inside knowledge, is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
- Chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate ibaje transaction with your payment provider in bad faith (i.e., after receiving the corresponding service or value on the platform) is considered fraudulent and will result in immediate account closure and legal action where appropriate.
- Impersonation: Registering an account in another person's name, or using another player's account credentials, is prohibited and constitutes identity fraud.
- Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the ibaje platform for unauthorised commercial purposes, including operating an unlicensed bookmaking service using ibaje's markets, is forbidden.
Account Suspension & Closure
Circumstances under which ibaje may suspend or close an account, and how players may request voluntary closure.
Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your ibaje account at any time by contacting [email protected]. ibaje will process voluntary closure requests within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
ibaje-Initiated Suspension: ibaje reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where: a player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour is suspected or confirmed; the player is found to be under 18 years of age; a player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or regulatory or legal obligations require it.
Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who wish to exclude themselves from ibaje for responsible gaming reasons may do so via the self-exclusion tool available in the account dashboard. Self-exclusion takes effect promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. Effect of Closure: Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by ibaje — your right to access the ibaje platform ceases immediately. Any bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned in accordance with the circumstances of closure as described in this section. Where closure is a result of a serious breach (e.g., fraud, underage use, money laundering), ibaje reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, to report the matter to relevant authorities.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ibaje will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder via the registered contact details before applying a dormancy administration fee. The fee will not exceed the account balance. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].

Self-Exclusion Is Permanent for 6 Months
Once a responsible gaming self-exclusion is activated, ibaje will not reinstate the account for a minimum of 6 months. This is a firm commitment — not a suggestion — and applies across all sections of the ibaje platform including sports, casino, and live games.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
The extent of ibaje's legal responsibility and the law that governs this agreement.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ibaje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; losses arising from reliance on odds that were published in error; losses resulting from unauthorised account access where ibaje was not negligent; or losses resulting from changes to applicable laws that affect your ability to use the platform.
ibaje's total liability to any player in connection with any single event shall not exceed the value of the stake placed in respect of that event, or the balance held in the player's account at the time of the relevant incident, whichever is lower.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ibaje, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any claims, damages, penalties, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming activities in the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction. Where ibaje and a player are unable to resolve a dispute informally, ibaje will cooperate in any formal dispute resolution process initiated through appropriate legal channels.
Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the ibaje Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ibaje with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
